Green Freight Contacts

There is a huge potential to reduce fuel use, CO2 emissions and air pollution in the freight sector especially in Asia. It is critical to make the freight sector more sustainable to succeed in addressing fuel security, climate change and air pollution in Asia.

Clean Air Asia’s survey of 140 organizations involved in green freight found that many of these international organizations are interested to work in China or are already working in China.

Clean Air Asia and its partners have worked to establish Green Freight Asia to facilitate exchange of information and access to expertise and available technologies. This network would benefit Asian countries that want to establish green freight programs and would also facilitate harmonization of, or at least ensure greater consistency, between different green freight programs around the world.

Organizations interested to join can complete a short questionnaire (see below). Alternatively, you can download the questionnaire (Questionnaire for Organizations (Green Freight Network)) and send it to center@cleanairasia.org.
